Over the Past 15+ Years, we have manufactured more than 1000 + fixtures for all automobile parts like Gear Box Housing, Transmission Housing, Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head, Clutch Housing, Crank Case, Center etc. for more than 40 customers around the world.

Entry Into Designing & Manufacturing Of Mechanical Fixtures
After successful journey of 7+ Years, we started to Designing & manufacturing of HMC, VMC and CNC machine Hydraulic , Mechanical and Pneumatic Fixtures with Relation Guages. Solutions for better productivity with component Tool-Druff Project as per Customer Recurrent. Fixtures for Engine assembly, Final 2 Wheeler & 3 Wheeler Vehicle assembly, welding fixtures also We maintained stock of all standard Tool Holders for companies like M/s Force Motors, Hindustan Aeronauticals Limited(HAL), Enderss Husers Ltd., Premium Transmission Ltd., Birla Precision Ltd., Canpack Ltd., RSB Transmission Ltd., Fainger Leser Ltd., Mutha Engineering Ltd., Caparo Ltd. etc.
New Plant Of Kalyani Enterprises Unit-2
Establishment of new venture KALYANI ENTERPRISES 2nd Plant. It was a 20 team members with new auto machines like VMC M/C , CNC M/C, milling M/C & CNC Cylindrical Grinding, Surface Grinding, Tool & Cutter Grinding & Drilling Machine. Apart from carrying out the mechanical fixture , we started to Designing & manufacturing of HMC, VMC and CNC machine Hydraulic , Mechanical and Pneumatic Fixtures with Relation Guages.
Establishment Of Kalyani Enterprises Unit-1
It was the year of establishment of KALYANI ENTERPRISES. Started with a small tool-room setup with some machines of each type i.e. Lathe, Conventional Milling, Tool & Cutter Grinding and Drilling Machine. We used to Manufacturing Mechanical Fixture .
